- cubes Bouillon
- 1 cup Carrot
- 1 cup Cauli flower chopped

- Pour the soaked saffron over the rice, add about 1/2 cup water cover and allow to simmer
- Once cooked, serve the rice starting from the vegetable at the bottom to the white rice at the top
